- All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a required deposit.
- Prices are listed in Dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes or fees.
- We reserve the right to modify tour prices at any time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the tour date may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to our cancellation policy.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 5 days of the tour or for no-shows.
- In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Participant Responsibilities
- Guests must arrive on time at the designated meeting point. Late arrivals may result in missed tours without refund.
- Participants are responsible for their own safety, personal belongings, and compliance with local laws.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, under the influence of alcohol/drugs, or behaves in a manner that may compromise the safety of others.
4. Travel Risks & Liability
- Our tours may involve walking, outdoor activities, and visits to third-party venues. By booking, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with travel and outdoor experiences.
